DATO’ JOSHUA KEVIN
LL.B (Hons) Lond, CLP, LL.M Certified Adjudicator
Dato’ Joshua Kevin Sathiaseelan @ Joshua Kevin is the Managing Partner of
Messrs. Kevin & Co. He practiced law for a decade in Messrs. Syed Alwi, Ng &
Co., where he held office as a Partner before he established the firm of his own.
During his tenure at Messrs Syed Alwi, Ng & Co., Dato’ Joshua was the person
in-charge for Criminal, Civil and Banking Litigation alongside with other
renowned partners of the firm.
Prior to practicing law, Dato’ Joshua served the private sector. Amongst the
companies include American Express (M) Bhd., Lindetives-Jacoberg &
InvisageSdn. Bhd. The last corporate position held by him was that of a Chief
Operating Officer.
In Kevin & Co., he continues to practice Criminal, Civil and Commercial
Litigation actively. He also practices Intellectual Property Law, where the
cases have been reported in the Law Journal. He is also the honorary legal
advisor to the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation and is responsible in
drafting the Rules and Regulations for the said Foundation.
Dato’ Joshua is also a Criminal lecturer at ATC Kemayan and HELP University.
He is the author of several law textbooks which include Land Law, Laws of
Hire-Purchase and Insurance Law

Leng Wie Mun
LL.B (Hons) Lond, CLP, LL.M, DIP. INT. COM. ARB
Leng Wie Mun, graduated from the University of London with a Second Class Upper degree and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice with a Second Class Lower.
She read in the Chambers of Joshua Kevin when Kevin & Co. was first set up in September 2009. She continues her practice in Kevin & Co. to-date.

Leng Wie Mun actively practices criminal law including murder, criminal breach of trust, theft rape and drug related offences.
Civil & Corporate Affairs
She handles various corporate works including drafting, modifying and reviewing both legal and non-legal corporate documents and agreements such as Tenancy Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Affiliation Agreements, License Agreements and Lease Agreements, Sale and Purchase of Share Agreements, Power of Attorney and etc.

She also handles various corporate agreements for public listed companies including cross border transactions and conveyancing agreements for developers and individuals.
Lam Tse Heung

Lam Tse Heung graduated from the University of London and completed his Certificate in Legal Practice in 2003.
He read in the Chambers of Messrs. Chia Wen Chow & Associates and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2004. Immediately after he was called to the Malaysian Bar, he commenced legal practice in the same firm as a Legal Associate. In 2005, Lam Tse Heung joined the esteemed firm of Messrs. Shahrizat Rashid & Lee (Penang). Thereafter, he held office as a Partner of Messrs. Tan Chia Min & Partners in 2008 until 2013, before he established his own firm, Messrs. Lam & Partners.
Lam Tse Heung is a litigator with vast experience and has involvement in a variety of Commercial and Civil Litigation disputes, in particular, general contractual disputes, Tortious claims, Banking and Finance, and Corporate Advisory. His strongest and most significant portfolios include Debt Recovery, Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Family Disputes, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, Commercial and Corporate, Land Law, Hire Purchase and Leasing, Personal Injuries and Conveyancing.
He also involves in Pre-Litigation work which includes legal enforcement, assessment of merits and Mediation without formal litigation proceedings whereby Court proceedings are not expedient to Clients.
The same expertise is shown throughout his career as he is also commonly seen in the High Court of Malaya, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court. Lam Tse Heung formally joined Messrs. Kevin & Co. as a Partner in 2020.
Stanley Ng Bond V
LL.B (HONS) LOND, CLP.
Stanley graduated with Honours in Bachelor of Laws from the University of London in 2009. He
subsequently obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice from the Malaysian Legal Profession
Qualifying Board.
Thereafter, he studied in the chambers of Mr. Tai Chu Wei, a corporate partner in Messrs. Raja Darryl
& Loh. During his pupillage in Messrs. Raja Darryl & Loh, he had the opportunity to involve himself
in various types of corporate and conveyancing matters which include initial public offering, rights
issue, restructuring, and other types of corporate work. In addition, he was involved in litigation
matters during the tenure of his pupillage. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2011.
After his admission to the Malaysian Bar, he was attached to Messrs. Kington Tan Dzul wherein he
managed conveyancing matters, particularly housing and mixed development projects, and banking
matters.
Subsequent to his departure from Messrs. Kington Tan Dzul, he joined Messrs. Adnan Sundra & Low
as a legal assistant handling corporate matters. He gained vast exposure in Messrs. Adnan Sundra &
Low wherein he was involved in the advisory of initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions,
land bank acquisitions, financial services, corporate restructurings, capital reductions, rights issues,
and dividend reinvestment schemes.
Notable deals wherein Stanley played a vital role in included initial public offerings wherein RM10
billion was raised and for companies with assets in excess of RM15 billion. He was further involved
in the capital reduction of major companies which turned RM3.1 billion as gross proceeds, dividend
reinvestment schemes, and other corporate advisory works. In Messrs. Adnan Sundra & Low, he also
handled conveyancing matters, aircraft leasing advisory matters, and banking matters. He is currently
involved in conveyancing transactions (for both under-construction developments, sub-sales, and
land acquisitions) and financial services transactions which shall include but is not limited to
bridging financing, corporate and commercial loans, and housing loans.
Stanley also has extensive experience in relation to developers’ projects. Prior to joining Messrs.
Kevin & Co. as a partner, he headed the corporate team and developers’ projects team of Messrs. CY
Ng & Barry wherein Stanley was one of the founding partners. He was a partner of Messrs. CY Ng &
Barry from 2013 until 2023. In Messrs. CY Ng & Barry, his main portfolio revolved around handling
corporate and conveyancing matters, particularly housing and mixed development projects for
developers in the major leagues.
Stanley was also the lead lawyer for notable property development projects in amongst others, Kuala
Lumpur, Mont Kiara, and Tropicana. Finally, Stanley has been the lead advisor in handling notable
significant land transactions (including sale and purchase agreements) each valued above RM100
million. Currently, Stanley is a partner in Messrs. Kevin & Co. handling corporate and conveyancing
matters including but not limited to housing and mixed development projects.
